Pros

Everyone who works at Compass are rock stars. The culture is great - employee outings, happy hours, etc. The whole team knows how to produce great work and have a good time. I see Compass growing into a household name and really taking over the industry.

Cons

Not ideal for those who need to be micromanaged. Those who will go far can take an idea and run with it, great with follow-up, and are quick on their toes

The culture of the company is fresh and progressive. It cares about the happiness of the staff and agents. Literally, every person I have met is professional and will go the extra mile to get the job done. It makes coming to work a pleasure.

Between the time I signed my offer letter to my first day, every member of my team and the CEO reached out to me to welcome me to Compass. From Day 1, I was given a long-term project that would effect the entire trajectory of our hiring process. I was initially daunted by the proposition but the environment and team here is so supportive that I'm achieving goals that I thought would come years down the line.

Cons

We're still very much a start-up mentality so things move very quickly.
