Pros

Best quality are the people that work at this company. All companies have issues but the team here is the most collaborative, supportive and friendly of any company I have ever worked at which makes all the problems easy to overcome. Great culture, great team spirit. Everyone stands by your side no matter what.

Cons

There is a lot of work, and pace is fast, but the team works together and helps each other out, which makes the experience rewarding.

Cons

would be nice to have more people on specific teams to help out with workload! have to answer after hour questions and requests from agents
