Pros

- Better CRM, technology, and done-for-you marketing tools relative to those provided by other brokerages. - High-performing colleagues - Frequent LOCAL market data provided - Many in-person opportunities to network with colleagues - Opportunity to build team with customized split with brokerage.

Cons

- No standard commission splits and no longer have incentives for other agent recruitment - High(er) resource fees and E & O than other brokerages, especially compared to cloud-based MLM brokerages - No stock rewards for performance or agent recruitment. - Brick and mortar offices not necessarily accessible/approachable for "walk in" businesses - Seems to have high support staff and management staff turnover.

- plenty of backend tools and tech to support agent - brand recognition - nice offices and company events

Cons

- useless managers - commission splits suck - its not a tech company despite the fact it keeps saying it is - company spends too much - will probably go bankrupt or be sold soon
