Pros

Good health benefits , smart hard working and collaborative & supportive employees. If you want to learn how to navigate immature processes (for very little pay) this is a great starting place!

Cons

First of all i'd really like to point out that reviews from agents are employees should really be separated here. Realtors (agent) are the customers of the company, NOT employees and there really should be any reviews from them here. Overall there are lots of cons for employees: incredibly low pay, no 401k matching, most of the perks like dinners and lunches were eliminated since covid, expectations of long hours, horrendously long performance reviews cycle with insulting salary increases, no investment in employees development just to name a few.

Company Culture and staff talent and willingness to work long hours

Cons

Upper management often seems like politicians delivering false news, agents are no longer vetted to maintain quality over quantity, most managers choose to promote based on favoritism and the buddies they hang out with over talent, staff is overworked where some positions work 60-70 hours every week.
