Very Expensive to Work Here

Pros

A lot of offices in the area.

Cons

The technology is very difficult to use. Everything requires dozens of steps. They keep raising the fees to work there and you already give them a high percentage of your commission. You get very little for the money. There are not a lot of people on staff to help the agents. They are now asking to hold your credit cards so they can charge you by the 2nd of January. The company hasn't made a profit yet. They are desperate for money.

Free snacks and coffee in office

Cons

Leadership does not care about employees and the lack of psychological safety at this organization is concerning. Full time in office work, without being provided with equipment and privacy needed. If you work a role containing sensitive info, enjoy working in an open office full of real estate agency and having to take meetings in booths.

Outsourced jobs. 2 year pay freeze. Tone deaf leadership. No growth. Unrealistic expectations due to being understaffed. Poor management. Cut throat environment.
