Business Outlook
Pros
They offer a lot of support to their agents. They invest in making high end, easy to use products. The managers I’ve worked with are great. It’s a very collaborative environment and felt like we were part of a team, even though we are individual agents.
Cons
High fees. If you’re not a big team commission split is not great. If you’re a newer agent, you’ll probably get a better commission split at a boutique company.
