Pros

Getting out of there. Worst move of my career going there.

Cons

Toxic culture, you will be gaslit non stop. Really hard sale, not enough of a unique selling point to compel agents to make a move, less than 20% of the team hits goal. There were constant layoffs and reorganizations. I have diagnosed PTSD from this job. Compass is great for agents and awful for employees. Run!

Pros

I enjoyed the flexible work environment and the majority of my team (including managers).

Cons

Some people drank the Kool Aid when it comes to the Robert Reffkin and his running of the company. Everyone else was just in fear of their jobs.

Pros

No pros except for the product itself.

Cons

Forced to come into the office when no one is ever there. Training/pay all bad. They make you clean up after parties because they don’t want to hire cleaners. And move furniture too. And stock food. Really odd experience I’ll never forget. My trainer was also rude and condescending.
