      Everything is good except the splits and Team focus

      Pros

      Improving technology. The brand. The office. Management is knowledgeable and friendly.

      Cons

      The split is always up for adjustment every year. No matter how many years you sell, sell, sell, they reevaluate your sales volume. There are incentives to being on a team, and everything is geared to that. They always say “we are the first at something”, but that’s not true other brokerages are or have done the same things.

      Pros

      Great Brokerage! Top level Agents with access to high end tech. Our CMR is super intuitive. Fort Worth office is such a great place.

      Cons

      Can't think of any besides maybe more Specific In house contract classes? Definitely not a deal breaker.
