      Amazing team to work with as an employee, contractor, or a client. Wonderful boss, great group of people, flexibility, growth opportunities, and family atmosphere.

      Pros

      I have felt completely taken care of and valued by my managers, co workers, and Compass as a whole! I feel that the company has each of the employees true best interest at heart, which is unmatched in value. Compass gives me room and opportunity to value and care for my family as well as my own mental and physical health.

      Cons

      During the onboarding process, I have had to go to IT for help more than anticipated, but IT was very quick in their response and resolving the issue! Barely even a Con.
