      Compass is a company that cares for their employees - growth potential/opportunities, great benefits, all-for-one attitude with my colleagues, open-door policy with manager, ensures employees are not experiencing burnout

      Pros

      The Compass culture is one of inclusion. I have found that everyone has a desire to serve one another.

      Cons

      One of the challenges at Compass is there seems to be a lack of order. Everyone is busy trying to do a great job, but it doesn't feel very cohesive.

      Pros

      Compass is a great employer, they are actively working to improve the Real Estate industry by listening to what Agents need and moving fast to implement those innovations. They are actually doing it too, not just talk. They are giving Real Estate Agents real tools that they really use to produce real results.

      Cons

      There is no 401(k) match currently, although I know this is something they are working towards.
