      CEO practices and stands by the core principles he started the company on. So many pros! The benefits are amazing. Everyone believes in the mission and vision of the company because it truly is going to revolutionize the real estate industry. Agents and staff are highly valued and treated as knowledgeable peers, regardless of their position. There is a very strong culture of execution and teamwork, and loads of opportunity for career advancement and personal development.

      Cons

      The company is still on the younger end, which means there are endless opportunities for process improvement, but limited resources to analyze and pursue every opportunity. This can be discouraging and frustrating for some.

      Pros

      I am with the company one month but I have to say everything you read online is true. They are welcoming, kind, supportive. They Care about work life balance and their benefits are amazing. I am already saving on my pharmacy and doctor bills. I am thrilled to be here and hope to be with Compass for a long time in the future

      Its not really a con but it is a little overwhelming when you first start, there is so much to learn. However everyone is there to help you and in the most genuine way. No real Cons
