      Pros

      - Strong brand in real estate - High compensation - Strong vision of building an end to end platform with - Employees come from great companies with strong experience

      Cons

      - Brand within workforce (non-agents) could be stronger - Planning is very time intensive - Large organization with common reorgs - Low female representation in Product & Engineering org, particularly management

      Pros

      A few observations: 1. I have never worked somewhere that truly cared about how you onboard. I am really impressed with the thoughtful approach here. 2. My new team members were truly open and excited to meet with me. They are really open to learning & collaborating with each other. 3. With so much new growth, my new colleagues bring so much wealth of experiences coming from both small and large tech industries.

      Cons

      With so many new hires, you must be highly adaptable given how fast we are moving. I am confident these growing pains will pass soon.
