      Best place to be your genuine self. Passionate talented teams. I love the people I work with. Very team oriented and collaborative! I love my team and am grateful to have such talented but warm relationships.

      Visionary Founding Leader Minimalist Hip Branding Some Markets may be a good fit ie NYC, LA, SF & other hot urban spots

      The tech is not revolutionary... CRM is just Contactually - which is not intuitive or EZ to use. AI is less helpful than using Zillow, Google, Redfin or even Homesnap. Management in coastal North SD County is focused on growth & putting out fires instead of supporting agents. It took 5 months after joining to get a single 30 min. meeting with the Broker in charge of over 100 agents. They need to add more brokers with so many agents! SF, LA & NY seem to have a lot more support! Lastly, they take our way too much of the commission considering how little support there is for the agents. They were too focused on their IPO and continued growth. Maybe this will change, yet the WS monster always demands more & more growth, at what cost?
