Cons

Executives and senior level managers are disconnected, selfish, apathetic, and abysmal at managing the company and earning trust among employees. Everyone. I mean everyone. is disgruntled by the Senior Execs.

- coworkers are nice - culture used to be nice before covid - WLB is good for some teams

Cons

- toxic management, 90% ex-Amazon - no transparency about career growth or why decisions are made - compensation is not good - no 401k - barely any benefits - stock reaches new lows everyday - management has no vision of the product, middle management is clueless
