      Pros

      Very Culturally Diverse company. Everyone here is very pleasant and is happy to be here. Rogers is full of energy and so is his company. Rogers really cares about his agents and staff. He is a very brilliant broker. It is very evident to see how and why he and his agents continue to climb up the ranks in this market.

      Everyone is extremely supportive and more than willing to help any team member, especially us young guys. The drive this company has to push the boundaries in real estate is inspiring!

      The only cons I can say have to do with Covid-19!
