Pros
The Kool-aid tastes great! If you're lucky, you'll be hired by a womanizing broker. Fortunately, there have been others in the past that do talk about the same experience and it is an open secret in the Real Estate industry that he's a creep. Thank goodness management sees this and does absolutely nothing.
Cons
Money over morals. Goes where the money flows. Forget about ethics and morals. The leadership will take side with the top broker who brings in the most commission. Corrupt leadership team.
