      At Compass, there is no "box". Senior management comes from top Tech/Marketing/Finance companies and understands the need to disrupt the stale residential real estate industry. Thus, Agents are able to market their businesses in the most modern and innovative ways. We are encouraged on a daily basis to dream big and our marketing and tech teams are constantly adding/improving/and testing new features to make our jobs easier and to better serve our clients. Additionally, agents are so happy at Compass that they are willing to collaborate and share best practices. The company is elevating the industry by creating a culture of innovation, professionalism & collaboration. It is a dream Brokerage!

      None. We never looked back. The Team is so happy!!!!

      - Surrounded by talented, smart people that actually care about each other - Open to solutions from anywhere in the company. Most companies aren’t like this, and I I appreciate that no matter what level I am, I can play a part in making the company better - Solid benefits

      Love my coworkers. Coming in every day I know I'm working with the best people in the business that are all as driven as me. You also have the opportunity to shape a company and an industry which is awesome!

      Change is constant with new technology and tools. You need to be comfortable with the speed of change which is different than most companies.
