Compass is revolutionizing the Real Estate industry and I feel very fortunate to take part in the journey, working alongside incredibly talented people. Generous benefits/perks, good work-life balance, inspiring leaders.

Cons

If you don’t move fast or adapt well to change, you could get left behind. There is a ton of opportunity for growth within the company if you can dream big enough to envision it, and work smart enough to go after it.
