      Compass is all about their people, from the employees to the agents, there is a sense of comradery that I have never felt before at other companies. I appreciate the fact that they care a lot about work/life balance, and supporting one another while working. There is so much to learn, and so many people willing to teach. So far I have learned so much about the real estate business, the technology of Compass and where this company sees themselves going in future, and it makes me very excited to be apart of the team.

      Cons

      No downsides for me, I couldn't be happier with where I am at, and I look forward to growing with this company.
