      Clear Vision and Goals, with a great execution strategy, and the smartest but also nicest people on the planet, this is a hard to come by combination. Great things are in store, for a company that nurtures its talent, takes good care of its people. and provide great opportunities and challenges to its people, that really keep them motivated and interested and to care about what they do.

      Cons

      This is a start up, with some of the teething problems of a start up - scrappy is good, but this may not be for everyone.

      Open communication with management. Company values and mission are forward looking and progressive. Ability to pivot and listen to feedback/new ideas as necessary. Compass has created a culture that has never existed in the real estate world.
