      Pros

      Compass is the first broker I have had my license with that is not just a legally required intermediary but a soul-fulfilling, all-inspiring, full throttle place to be. They listen to every bit of agent and employee input to build a company that serves the people that make it happen for the client. Compass is a company that actually LIVES it's values.

      Cons

      I wish they were around when I begin in the biz 20 years ago!

      Pros

      Compass is a remarkable company where culture reigns and leadership inspires. It's a place where everyone is respected for their contribution and ethics lead the way. Collaboration between colleagues is the norm, and a desire to constantly learn and grow is behind every question. Robert Reffkin is quite possibly one of the most articulate, intelligent and compassionate leaders I've had the opportunity to know. I'm grateful to be a part of the Compass Family.

      Cons

      I imagine being at Compass is like being on a rocket ship -- we are moving at the speed of light. While I find this largely invigorating, it requires embracing regular change, adaptability, and chasing the big team dream. The fast pace certainly isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      Leadership with Vision, in a fast changing environment. Incredible thought an effort every day from Compass as the broker to help real estate agents grow their business.

      Cons

      There really is no Con if one can keep up with a fast growing company and fast growing technology. But do we really have a choice, if we want to be in business?
