      Pros

      Compass has provided us with the newest and adaptable tools to help us work with our customers as well as gain new customers. Everything we need is at our fingertips. And if we have challenges finding/using that tool when we need it, the support is amazing.

      Innovative.. dynamic ... cutting edge technology company that provides ultimate support to its agents who are the top realtors in the country! Work place culture is by far best you will find anywhere.

      None. Repeat, none! After two years with compass and 17 years with the industry ... they have surpassed the competition by light years

      Pros

      Great culture, full of highly motivated people. The leadership team empowers their employees and provides for a transparent, open environment. To top it off, the company growth is amazing, which provides for a great energy.

      Cons

      Literally none thus far. Best Company I've worked for. One thing to be aware of is there are high demands of employees (especially to step up and help with the growth (interviews, training, feedback) so being a team player and going the extra mile is an absolute must at this company.
