Pros

Since I have been with Compass, the growth has been insane. Due to the leadership nationally and regionally, our culture has remained energetic, inclusive, and genuine, which is something I have not been a part of elsewhere. We are able to work face-to-face with our clients, the agents, which allows us to build strong rapports and easily execute. We receive a fair amount of vacation days, but it is so easy to work from offices in NY, LA, Miami etc.

Cons

We blow up in new markets, which means that you may start feeling overwhelmed. This time feels fun and energetic to me, but it may be daunting to others. However, management and P&C are more than willing to work with you on work/life balance.

Pros

Strong company culture. Mature and ambitious leadership. Strong business model that includes high performing teams and great tools.

Cons

There is ton of data, tools, and resources to digest which could be a pro or con depending on your view point. For some they will seize the opportunity to consolidate, and create efficient workflows while others could be overwhelmed.

Pros

Compass is a different kind of real estate company. The emphasis here is on collaboration. They hire agents and employees who are collaborative and will work well in the exceptional company culture. I started here as an agent in Feb '17, after 26 years at my previous firm. After joining, I realized that at Compass, there is a well thought out system and training method for everything. There are great tools, as well as in-house marketing, design and tech people. All of these people helped me land on my feet and present myself and my brand in a fresh, new way. Now, as Sales Manager, I love being part of the team that provides all of that for the agents. There is a real feeling of being part of something big and that is exciting.

I can't think of any cons.
