      Pros

      By far the most collaborative and supportive company I have worked for. There is an incredibly passionate atmosphere that bleeds through all departments I have had the opportunity to interact with. The environment is fast paced, which I enjoy, and the company management is open minded to non-traditional ideas from all employee levels that advance the experience of the agent and thereby the homeowner or buyer. It is rewarding to feel professionally fulfilled and know that colleagues feel the same.

      Cons

      With all the daily lunch, snacks and beverage options, I just wish we had organic peanut butter!

Every individual and team “has a say in things” and I have never worked in a more aspirational or collaborative environment. Compass truly is building the Future of Real Estate and you’ll find they're building it from the inside out.
