      Pros

      Incredible job security (especially for being in the startup phase); best-in-class talent; high investment in company culture all the way up to the executive level.

      Cons

      Promotions are generally a very tough fight; work/life balance isn't very well-distributed across roles (some seem to have it; others not as much).

      - Executive team is hyper-focused on culture and employee satisfaction. - Accomplished and smart employees, starting with the CEO and extending across the company, who are all competitive with the outside world but very collaborative with one another. - Employees in all departments are able to work on impactful projects that are reshaping the residential brokerage industry. - Employees enjoy coming to work Monday mornings.

      Along with the company's rapid success has been a fast-pace approach to the day-to-day at Compass that is not ideal for all individuals.

      Pros

      Compass' mission is to help everyone find their place in the world and with that is driving the real estate market into the future. Compass has not only been a fulfilling career choice but has also given me the support and encouragement to take on more challenges.

      Cons

      Compass is a fast paced work environment. As the company grows it evolves as do the staff members. It is a true team building company with all hands on deck! Compass relies on staff that are eager to learn, with a positive attitude, and of course a team player.
