      Pros

      By far the most collaborative and supportive company I have worked for. There is an incredibly passionate atmosphere that bleeds through all departments I have had the opportunity to interact with. The environment is fast paced, which I enjoy, and the company management is open minded to non-traditional ideas from all employee levels that advance the experience of the agent and thereby the homeowner or buyer. It is rewarding to feel professionally fulfilled and know that colleagues feel the same.

      Cons

      With all the daily lunch, snacks and beverage options, I just wish we had organic peanut butter!

      Pros

      Compass is a really great company to work for. Good people. Amazing benefits. Great additional perks. They are also working really hard to create amazing things for the world of real estate. It's a fresh, innovative company.

      Cons

      Sometimes departments should communicate better. It's hard to be effective when one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Also, there should be better delegation of who reports to who all the way down the ladder.

      Pros

      The culture at compass is great, you get to interact with an extremely diverse group of people, everyone is extremely friendly, accommodating and supportive. The training I received was magnificent I was paired with someone in the same position as myself, so I never felt lost or had any unanswered questions. If you want to develop and grow this is the place to be! I have learned and grown so much within these few months.
