      Pros

      Weekly classes to keep you up to date on everything Real Estate, contracts etc. Most of the agents that work here are genuinely sweet.

      Cons

      He has a really big ego. Speaks wothout thibking sometimes and just isnt very nice. He tries to be, but hes just not. They don't provide any leads for you and if you don't hit a certain number you're gone. I think it's more about making him money than him actually caring about the agents. He has his favorites. It's hard to survive as a new realtor unless you have a husband supporting you, your parents or money saved up.

      -Wonderful people (top talent hired at all levels not only hard-working and determined but also fun to be with outside of work) -Ability to make a difference (autonomous but also collaborative work environment) -Comfortable office environment and generous benefits/ perks -Exciting mission

      Cons

      -Sometimes too fast paced and focused on "band-aid" internal solutions over long term and more scalable systems (the company is currently working on this) -Can sometimes feel disconnected between departments
