      Pros

      I joined the business for the simple reason - the people. For anyone looking to be challenged and grow their professional skills across all facets, there is no better place to be than Compass. It is testament to the business and management to see the array of talent joining this organization from varying industries and from all areas of the globe.

      Cons

      If you're not a team player or willing to push traditional ways of thinking, Compass isn't for you.

      Pros

      - The interview process (can be) lengthy but it is definitely worth it. Leadership and management focus heavily on hiring positive people who are upbeat, excited about the real estate industry and are coachable. - The culture that Compass preaches is substantiated day in and day out by all members of the staff. - The feeling of a hierarchy does not exist at Compass. Everyone genuinely respects one another. - The onboarding process is extremely organized and strategic. Managers & leadership ensure that you understand the company, mission, the expectations of your specific role, and the part you play in growing the business.

      Cons

      - High recruiting volume can make for a somewhat disorganized interview process. I recommend tightening it up a bit to ensure that you are setting clear expectations for candidates - especially ones you are serious about!

      - The culture here is great. Management and coworkers work hard to uphold high culture values. - People's voices and thoughts have value. - Management helps maintain good work/life balance. - All hands on deck mentality. No one is above each other to help out.

      Cons

      - It can get busy in waves but if you enjoy a fast pace environment and growth, this won't be an issue.
