      Pros

      Compass is a mission driven company intent on making the real estate industry better for everyone involved. I can say from experience that working at Compass is as inspiring and fulfilling as working on a presidential campaign in a swing state. We're growing fast and making an impact.

      Cons

      Things move quickly at Compass, and that's not for everyone, but for driven, determined people that want to do meaningful work, it's a great pace to work at.

      Pros

      - Robert is one of the best leaders I have worked for -- he's constantly walking the halls and his focus on people is relentless. - Good location in NYC, beautiful bright, and growing office - Lunch every day, plenty of snacks, coffee, etc. - Tech works - whether its conference rooms, wifi, airplaying/displaying conference rooms, etc.... all of the tech works really well. - Autonomy from leadership - Great, interesting industry - Design and marketing stands out, and the branding is a huge asset

      Cons

      - Things move quickly and decisions are made quickly. In many case, this is a good thing, but in certain cases this causes stress - Sometimes the staff feels that there is too much emphasis on agents being the rockstars; however, they are the ones bringing in the big bucks

      -Very communicative throughout the hiring process - FANTASTIC benefits package - Very friendly, hardworking staff -Values based company - Beautiful office space - Positive company culture

      Cons

      None to speak of so far! I was just hired as an office administrator for the Midtown East location. They were very thorough in their hiring process.
