Companies have growing pains, and Compass is no different. What differentiates us is our self-awareness and authentic desire to improve. How far we've come in the two years since I've been employed is so inspirational. The epitome of an open door culture, my voice is always heard. When I see an area of improvement, I speak up, offer suggestions for a solution and help with forward action where possible. I'm constantly learning and am very proud to be a part of a culture that offers tremendous and equal opportunities to everyone no matter title or background.

Compass is a great place to work if you like a fast-paced environment and having extremely smart colleagues. One of the most rewarding things about working at Compass is having your ideas and feedback welcomed and not having to wait before seeing those ideas put into action. You will get to interface with management at all levels which is great especially for less senior employees.
