Pros

Friendly people, intelligent staff, successful agents. Beautiful office in a great location. Catered lunch, monthly happy hours, good work-from-home policy.

Cons

Invest in only specific departments, leading to high turnover rates (that they blame on being a "start-up" which they no longer are and don't admit to not caring for other employees equally). Investing too much in agent growth and not enough in support staff growth. Employees are underpaid for their hard work, intelligence, and backgrounds.

Pros

Everything about RHA is the best. Rogers' guidance and mentorship is priceless. The trainings are second to none. There is a really great group of people who work here. Feels like family.

Cons

None. Only wish I had started sooner.
