Pros
Good facilities, got to work on some interesting projects in the beginning.
Cons
Not a friendly environment to work in, the company does not have a good reputation in the real estate field. I realized this when I was called for interviews in other companies. HR not strong, felt like a B grade worker just cause I was not from a Ivy league University even though I was appointed because of my strong technical skills. One of the worst experiences I have had. Was told during interview that there was a lot of potential for the team but turned out to be the exact opposite.
