Pros
I enjoyed most of my colleagues
Cons
I have worked in quite a few places and this is hands down the worst. Management will gaslight to get what they need. They are more than willing to sacrifice anyone to stay employed during round after round of layoffs. Promises of your position being safe and then a massive layoff weeks later. Lay offs are announced the morning of and you just have to wait and see if you are given an invitation for a 15 minute meeting with your manager which equals you're laid off. A memo was from the CEO was leaked telling managers to get rid of employees for any reason to avoid another public signal that this is a sinking ship. Forget it if you are applying for a staff position, managers and agents will treat you like you have zero intelligence or value and that you are their personal assistant. The company will tell you we're #1 and to wait out the storm over and over and over but it's very clearly smoke and mirrors considering benefits (that only apply to staff) are being cut or slashed.
