      The Best Job I've Had

      Pros

      I've been through a bunch of big name companies where I felt like I was a small cog in the overall operations. This company has been incredible for my career growth. Zero micro managing, a culture where I feel like I work with a family, and outstanding benefits. Finally I get to help build something from the ground up. I have referred a handful of friends to join Compass and all of them have thanked me saying this is the most liberating job they've had. Excited to be here.

      Cons

      If you cannot keep up with a fast paced environment that is ever changing, and dealing with ambiguity is tough for you, you might struggle.

      A Company With A Chance To Be *Really* Special

      Pros

      Compass has a combination of vision, talent, and momentum that is starting to enter rarified air. It really feels like Compass is on the verge of becoming a household name in every real estate community. And more importantly, it really feels like Compass has a chance to be one of those category defining companies. There is still plenty of work to do to earn that kind of success, but all you can ask for is the opportunity. And it feels like we have that. How many other companies can truly say that? My experience so far is that this is a team of highly talented & ambitious people and a culture that values strong collaboration and speed.

      Cons

      Just like in any ambitious and fast moving culture, there are often times too many initiatives and too little time. Something everybody needs to be comfortable with here.

      Game changer in this real estate industry. Fosters creativity and collaboration in a highly competitive industry. Compass is rapidly changing the rules & landscape of this industry.

      Cons

      Focusing on the big picture with strategic growth and expansion is fantastic, but there are a lot of important day to day details that needs attending to. Feedback is a great beginning now that it can be utilized and weigh in.
