5-Star Onboarding Experience & an awesome place to work!

Pros

From recruiting team to HR and Engineering team, everyone has been extremely friendly throughout onboarding experience and helping me get ramped up. Team has been proactively reaching out to help me with documentation and help explain anything that can help me get acquainted faster. From day 1 everyone makes you feel welcome and be part of the team. You start working on challenging problems within first week of joining with plenty of help to start positively. Team is very appreciative and collaborative.

See the inside of a scaling pre-IPO unicorn Ability to partner with internal teams like AI and devops Tons of interesting work, people, and teams Can work closely with the "customer" (agents part of same company) Strong career ladder Great healthcare Decent perks

Cons

Some growing pains from scaling (200 to 400 engineers in 2019): - Subcultures in diff departments - Clarity around processes can be confusing sometimes - Exec team has had a decent amount of fluctuation in last 2 years, which has some negative side effects, but seems to have maybe stabilized now.
