Pros
Staff are up beat, competent , and supportive. The company culture is certainly is fantastic, pay is competitive.
Cons
Some common growing pains are showing as the company rapidly expands. Leadership appears to be doing what the can to address this issue by hiring more staff and promoting within to have veterans lead /stand up new departments. As the pool gets bigger swim lanes begin to appear but everyone is not afraid to job in the water and help someone out.
