The culture at Compass is one of empowerment and encouragement. The training process is excellent and supportive and the tools available are stupendous. The benefits are great, competitive compensation as well. I feel supported, appreciated and am looking forward to many years at Compass.

Cons

At this time, I only see benefits.

Pros

This a dream job because Compass takes care of their people! I have never worked for a company where I felt so valued. It's not just the pay and the benefits that make you feel that way either (although that part is AMAZING!), but when the CEO, Robert Reffkin, gives you a phone call on a Sunday afternoon just to welcome you to the team before your first day... that really says something about his leadership! This attitude and leadership creates an inspiring work environment that you truly want to be apart of, & one that no role is too trivial because you feel like your work is making a difference.

Cons

This isn't a con for me, but things can move fast and there can be a lot of new changes with such a fast growing company, so you really need to be able to quickly adapt and embrace the ride.
