- Excellent medical benefits - Great co-workers & agents

Cons

There are many, but the biggest is you will need to work excessive hours, including nights, weekends, and your days off to keep up with the work they pile on and you won’t be compensated for it either.

Lots of talented staff, great to work with people who know what they're doing. The benefits package is very robust overall. The company is always trying to improve itself in more ways and actively seeks feedback and involvement from the employees for this.

Cons

Internal politics, transparency, and resources seem to vary in quality from team to team. Changes in department structure happen often and can throw these out of balance.
