Pros

The people who work here are absolutely fantastic. Compass dangled some golden carrots to attract the best people. There is also a lot of flexibility so work life balance is great.

Cons

Company has definitely gone down hill since going public. Stripped huge benefits, always cutting people or not hiring when people leave. The work load keeps increasing and they aren't planning on solving that issue anytime soon.

Egos in management, desperate folks trying to get recognition to keep the jobs they’re constantly being told they might lose. Toxic environment for this reason.
