I enjoyed the flexible work environment and the majority of my team (including managers).

Cons

Some people drank the Kool Aid when it comes to the Robert Reffkin and his running of the company. Everyone else was just in fear of their jobs.

When the company went open multiple massive layoffs were done with very poor communication, most of management being swept out, and the way in which the company ran lost all of the attributes that made the company soar in the first 10 years
