      Pros

      Work from home and great coworkers - knowledgeable and hardworking people.

      Cons

      They dangle growth like its an option, but its not. Management doesn't even have half the experience. Transaction Coordinators are stuck in their position as Compass can't afford to lose them in their role and move them up. Vacation coverage is terrible.
