What we do every day, release children from povery in Jesus name...awesome. Good working hours, good work life balance if your job does not require travel.

Cons

Higg tower managers. Gallup does Not tell Compassions story, employees do. Disconnect between departments terribly. Stress brought on by new computer system. Stress from lack of communication and connection with CEO and with upper management.

Competitive pay and good benefits (amazing amount of PTO).

Cons

Horrible leadership, a lack of ethics, a lack of integrity, and wasteful spending worse than any non-profit I have ever worked for. From leaders taking limos to the airport, to excessive spending on food, to promoting abusive managers...Compassion has major cultural issues that are very damaging. HR does not do anything to address employee issues, so passive aggressive behavior is rampant. Compassion needs to be thoroughly audited and exposed....if donors realized all of the waste that goes on here, they would never sponsor children.
