Pros
Friendly, helpful co-workers and bosses. Everyone genuinely cares and strives to provide comfort to our patients and their loved ones/families. Rewarding work.
Cons
Cost prohibitive health benefits. If you don't have the option of using your spouse's health benefits, DO NOT work here! I literally cannot afford their one and only plan offered for families. Stuck w/ having sky high deductibles AND high premiums. Recently informed us that they will be increasing premiums for the coming year! Corporate keeps piling it on to make health care un-affordable for their employees.
