Pros

I have only great things to say about the employees at my location. It is a collaborative team and no one says "that's not my job." Everyone has been supportive and excellent at their roles.

Cons

Hospice work takes a certain type of person, it is not emotionally easy work and you have to balance incoming needs with the ability to work somewhat independently.
