      Great place to work thanks to the dedicated colleagues at every level of the organization. Compassus is dedicated to their core pillars, Regulatory, Colleagues, Quality Service, Growth and Financial - in that worder.

      Pros

      They truly care about the colleagues. The leaders work hard to ensure everyone gets treated fairly. I read some of the other reviews and was astonished to see some of the things that were said. Their experiences make me question the validity of the person writing the review because it is so different from my experience at Compassus. Maybe they just weren't the right fit for this career or company? This company has high expectations of us and that is rewarding because you know right where you need to be. I love working for Compassus and have been here for more than 5 years. I plan to stay for a very long time.

      Cons

      Finding good people who actually want to work. They try really hard and I have nothing against Compassus. Their insurance cost could be better, but I have seen worse.
