      Pros

      I have worked for Compassus Hospice for over 2 years and am so proud to work for a company that is actually transforming health care. Compassus values their colleagues and really puts forth the time and energy into making sure that anyone that works for our organization not only feels appreciated but is compensated fairly, understands the path we are on as a company, feels like their opinion is heard and has the opportunity to grown within this organization.

      I can not think of a con. I wish I had joined the Compassus family sooner!
