      Pros

      Management here is supportive. You get lots of autonomy. Overall Pay for RNCM role is fair.

      Cons

      Too much wear and tear on cars and mileage reimbursement is substandard. High patient caseload. Too much focus on "numbers" and admissions when the nurses already working are already over worked. Benefits are terrible. Poor work/life Balance

      Best orientation/onboarding ever, responsive and supportive middle and upper leadership, patient centered, very well established processes, compliance is a priority.
