Pros

I really can't think of any.

Cons

Compassus is too busy buying up little hospice companies that they ignore important things like providing their employees with brochures with the proper branding. It took over a month to get business cards. Do you think people want to do business with a company that can't fork over even the basic necessities? Management was sorely lacking.

Pros

There are no pros to speak of.

Cons

IF YOU DON'T HIT YOUR OUTRAGEOUS MONTHLY SALES QUOTA, YOU WILL BE FIRED. Nasty and threatening text messages and emails from management, not encouraging. No support. No cheerleading. No coaching. No motivation. Just mean, ugly reminders that you haven't made your numbers and you will be fired. Exactly why Medicare regulations need to change. The HCC position should not be viewed as 'sales' because greedy, unscrupulous businesses like Compassus get wealthy from very immoral practices. eg like buying up flailing companies and firing staff, weeding out employees who have morals only to replace with hand picked, brain washable potential president club sales people. Rarely have I felt so disgusted or outraged at such an unprofessional practice. Not sure where this fits in to the 6 pillars they preach in training. Although it's the ED who's enforcing it, it's coming from the top & cascading down because that's the company culture. A fear-based business. Nothing compassionate about it.
