      Company has a great mission and value in employees.

      Cons

      It is healthcare and 24/7 so you have to work hard to establish and work/life balance. Worth it, but a challenge at times.

      The company provides a wonderful service for patients. There are a lot of good people who work for this company and it was a good place to work.

      Cons

      The corporate office has a really bad culture, and management doesn’t seem to care. There has been a ton of turnover from top to bottom and no communication. People are concerned

      Absolutely positively not a single one.

      Cons

      Poor health insurance. Upper management is cut-throat and only concerned about numbers as well as the labor model. You never know how many hours you are going to work from one week to the next because it is based on the census. The company is top heavy with management and does not have enough staff in the field. Terrible culture. Run as fast as you can from this company because they will lie to get you to work there and it does't take long to figure out that they think more about their paychecks than the employees. Most condescending treatment I have ever received.
