Pros

Literally none. Compassus took over Providence Hospice and Home Health and it has been a literal disaster from beginning to end.

Cons

Systematic micromanagement through technology which was literally disabled our ability to service patients. We don't have the ability to order medication, provide consents or ROIs, or even communicate with patients. Every single task is siloed. Tina Gross specifically has been an incredible failure at managing this merger.

Pros

local team supportive of each other navigating the change to hospital partnership

Cons

Pay cuts, decreased mileage reimbursement, decreased benefits, poor support from upper management, substandard EMR, outsourced training to non-Compassus staff, many system/technical issues with limited after-hours support.
